Who is Dream Teams for?

Dream Teams is designed for high-potential individuals who possess talent and drive but lack access to traditional professional networks. This includes young adults, career-shifters, and community contributors who are ready to elevate their impact. We look for people who are eager to collaborate and ready to solve real-world challenges alongside a professional mentor.

Do participants need prior work or volunteer experience?

No formal prior experience is required. We value potential over pedigree. Our selection process focuses on your "Assets"—your unique perspectives, your problem-solving abilities, and your willingness to learn. Whether you are a student, a community leader, or someone looking for their first big break, we provide the framework to turn your existing talents into professional success.

What kinds of activities do Dream Teams do?

Dream Teams engage in project-based collaborations that solve actual needs for our Host Partners. Activities include strategic brainstorming, digital content creation, community outreach planning, and professional presentations. Every activity is designed to build "portable skills" like leadership, communication, and project management that apply to any future career path.

How are participants supported?

Every participant is embedded in a Coach-led ecosystem. You are supported by a professional Coach who provides weekly 1-on-1 mentorship and team guidance. Additionally, you are part of a 3–5 person peer team, ensuring you never work in isolation. We provide all the tools, curriculum, and community connections needed to ensure your team’s project is a success.

Is this a job or paid position?

Dream Teams is a professional development and leadership program, not a traditional employment contract. While it is not a "job," it is a high-level investment in your career. Participants gain world-class mentorship, a portfolio of real-world work, and a powerful network of professional contacts—assets that often lead directly to future paid opportunities and long-term career growth.
