Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Dream Teams website and participating in our programs, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Our platform is designed to facilitate professional development, and your use of the site signifies your commitment to our mission and community standards. These terms govern your relationship with our digital resources and serve as the baseline for all interactions within our ecosystem. We reserve the right to update these terms as our program evolves to better serve our growing network of contributors.
Intellectual Property Rights
The “Dream Team” coaching model, curriculum, flipbook assets, and all original visual content on this site are the intellectual property of Dream Teams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes or external training without receiving prior written authorization from our leadership team. This protection ensures that our unique methodology remains high-quality and is delivered only by certified Dream Team mentors. We encourage the sharing of our mission, but the specific “how-to” of our model is a protected resource for our partners.
User Conduct and Professionalism
Our community is built on a “Potential-First” mindset, requiring all users to engage with empathy, integrity, and professional respect. Users, Coaches, and Partners are expected to uphold an environment free from harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that devalues the contributions of our team members. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the program or site access who engages in conduct that is harmful to the emotional or professional safety of the community. Professionalism is a core skill we teach, and we expect it to be modeled in every digital interaction.
The Mentor-Participant Relationship
The relationship between Coaches and Participants is strictly for mentorship, leadership development, and project-based learning. Participation in a Dream Team does not constitute a legal contract of employment, nor does it guarantee future placement within a Host Partner’s organization. While we facilitate these connections, Dream Teams is not an employment agency and does not handle payroll or legal disputes between independent parties. Our role is to provide the educational framework and network access necessary for participants to create their own career paths.
Limitation of Liability
Dream Teams provides this platform and its associated programs as a resource for community growth and professional advancement. While we strive for excellence in our matching process and curriculum, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the site or participation in project-based collaborations. Host Partners and Participants assume responsibility for the outcomes of their independent project work and professional interactions. We provide the map and the compass, but the journey and its results are driven by the participants and partners involved.
